Football Fashion
In honor of the Super Bowl, I’d like to discuss an oversight in football attire. Recently my boyfriend bought a Troy Polamalu replica football jersey. According to him, replica football jerseys “can be a beautiful thing.” But there’s one issue – they’re the exact same size and shape on him as they are on the football players – and he’s not wearing any padding.

Football players wear huge shoulder and chest pads under their jerseys, so the arms and chest look 3 sizes too big, even though the torso fits. Oh well – I guess it’s too much to ask for a little fashion sense in football. At least wearing a jersey is better than showing up to a game like this guy.

LOL! Football does have a weird sense of fashion, I guess it goes the sport.
Football jerseys were so popular when I was in middle school and high school. They probably are still worn a lot by kids and teens in school. Honestly, I think they are ugly and boxy and would never buy one. I believe that kids wore them to “hide” under their clothing. They’re not beautiful and they are very annoying to look at. Go spend your hard earned money on a football ticket rather than the jersey.
